We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment 3 days prior to class. If we cancel a class, students will be notified and full tuition will be refunded or credit will be applied to another class, store credit, etc.

Gelatin Art

GELATIN ART CLASS

 

These edible creations are made from unflavored gelatin. You will learn how to make the gelatin, cut, trim, paint, embellish and assemble pieces.

Kids Easter CupcakesKIDS EASTER CUPCAKES

 

Kids will learn how to color their own icing, fill piping bags with it and decorate using icing and fondant! Each child will go home with a 6 cupcakes.

Each child will decorate 6″ round cake covered in buttercream and fondant decorations, using cookie cutters, rolling pin etc… At the end of the class kids have an edible masterpiece they can proudly enjoy with family and friends..

HIGH HEEL SHOE CLASS

 

You will learn how easy it is to create stunning designer shoes made of gum-paste using a kit, some simple patterns, and basic gum-paste and fondant techniques. This class will take the fear out of creating a open toe high heel shoe….. The completed shoe makes a perfect cake topper or a stylish companion piece for a shoe box.
