We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment 3 days prior to class. If we cancel a class, students will be notified and full tuition will be refunded or credit will be applied to another class, store credit, etc.

Cookie Class

COOKIE CLASS

In this class you will learn the essential techniques to cookie decorating. You will learn to create a beautiful creative cookies that will ignite your imagination and amaze your family and friends. You will decorate 5 cookies, learn to achieve  the perfect royal icing consistency and you will also leave the class with a delicious cookie recipe.

Baking Class

BAKING BASIC CLASS

You will learn to bake three cakes using two different mixing methods. Majority of the class will be demonstration with tastings provided. Recipes will include: White, Chocolate, and Vanilla. Classic Buttercream and Chocolate Buttercream. This is a great class for the beginner baker or experienced baker who wants to learn more about a variety of cake recipes. Recipes will be provided. Filling class is a great compliment to this class.
