Classes
We offer a variety of classes for every age and skill level. You can register in person or online.
Some Classes fill up quickly!
To offer a better learning experience, we limit the number of students per class. Check out our calendar and contact us if you have any questions.
We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
ONLY IF WE cancel a class, students will be notify 3 days before the schedule class and full payment will be either refunded or credit will be applied to another class.

Meet our Instructors
Karen Zychlinski
My love for baking started 10 years ago. I went to a cake class just for fun and I got hooked. I took as many classes as possible to learn everything about cakes, buttercream, and fondant. After a few months Karen’s Buttery was born. I specialize in fondant cakes for a few years and people started asking for cookies so again I wanted to learn everything about royal icing and cookie dough and after a lot of practice and classes I started offering decorated cookies.
My background in graphic design has been a great complement to my cake and cookie designs. I love inspiring others to create and work with new materials and textures.
For me it’s an everyday challenge with my condition, Essential Tremor, which makes me to find and create everyday techniques to overcome it.
Lesslie Gutierrez
My name is Lesslie Gutierrez. I have been a cake artist for about 6 years but I have been baking since I was 12 years old.
My passion for decorating came from wanting to give a special cake to my husband for his birthday. I took some decorating classes at All For Your Cakes and that’s where it all started.
I have since studied with some of the best cake artist, La Belle Aurore, Luma’s Cakes, Sachiko Windbiel, Camillo Murcia By Aletoso, most recently with Carla Puig.
I now teach little minds on how to use their imagination and make pretty creations with cake.

Cookie Baking and Decorating Basic

This session will teach you how to prepare your own cookie dough, roll, cut, and bake it.
You will also learn the fundamentals of making icing and decorating them.
You will decorate 6 sugar cookies.
Decorating
You will learn:
How to make royal icing.
How to achieve three different icing consistencies.
How to color royal icing.
How to outline and flood cookies.
How to make a wet on wet technique.
How to store cookies and royal icing.
We will talk about troubleshooting with icing and cookies.
You will go home with your decorated cookies to share with your family!
