Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rice starch, humectant: sorbitol (E420); stabilizer: tragacanth (E413), glycerol (E422); high oleic sunflower oil, color: titanium dioxide (E171); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202); acid: citric acid (E330).

A high quality sugar paste that is easy to work with giving a professional finish. No tearing during use or ‘elephant skin’ drying due to it’s unique formula. Designed to be suitable for use throughout the year. Ideal for high temperatures (up to 30 degrees) and for use in high humidity. Also suitable for refrigeration. The paste is soft and has high elasticity. It can be rolled as thin as 1mm. The icing has a delicate caramel scent and flavour.
- Prepare by kneading and working until soft and pliable.
- Dust your work area with icing sugar or cornflour and roll to the thickness required.
- Apply to your prepared cake.
